I teach PMP classes and have been doing it for 10 years. I am often asked about the questions on the exam. First of all, I took the exam in 2005 and it was a hard test. How difficult? Probably one of the most difficult tests I have ever taken. It can be passed. In fact, about 80% pass it on their first try. In my classes with data from those that sent it to me I have about 95% passing on their first try. So back to the questions. I think the Rita Mulcahy questions about a great representation of the difficulty of the real test. About three years ago I created a website with my own test questions. Some are written by me, some edited from other sources and some from internet available questions. With data from about 60 test takers I show that my questions are about 10% more difficult than the Rita Mulcahy questions. I teach that you need to get a 75% or above on a clean practice test. Great test scores on my website questions is a 70. I would guess that 67 is a better cut line for being ready to pass the test. Try my website questions. Try other sites and applications to take as may questions as possible. Bottom line the questions on my website are about 10% harder than the real test.
